Hi, I'm Marjorie.
I've been a student of leadership most of my life. That curiosity about how people align, lead, and work well together became three degrees in communication, eight years teaching in higher education, and a coaching practice built around one idea: stronger leadership and communication create forward momentum.
I've worked for great leaders and high-functioning teams, and I've hit the moments where I felt stuck, the team wasn't aligned, and the organization had more in it than it was showing. That's why Unmired Consulting exists.
